Delivery within South Africa
Powerhouse Technologies offers nationwide delivery within South Africa.
- Flat-rate shipping: R250 per order
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from payment confirmation
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier operations

Customers may collect their orders free of charge from:

Collection arrangements must be made in advance.
International Orders
We currently do not offer international shipping through our online store.
Customers outside South Africa may arrange their own courier collection from our offices once payment has been received and the order is ready.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Software licences that have been installed, activated, registered, or redeemed.
- Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification.
- Special-order or custom-configured items (where applicable).
Faulty Products
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
The product must be returned to our offices for inspection.
Once received, our technical team will assess the product and determine whether the fault is due to:
- Manufacturer defect
- User damage
- Incorrect installation or misuse
If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturer defect:
- The product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.
- Any approved replacement will be supplied subject to stock availability.
If the product is found not to be faulty or has been damaged through misuse, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Warranty Information
Philips Warranty
All Philips products supplied by Powerhouse Technologies include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
